Vinification: The grapes are harvested in mid-October. They are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored in tank for 4 months before release.
Tasting Notes: Intense and persistent, appealing and complex with well integrated, distinct notes of white peach, sweet almonds, ripe apricots and minerals. Excellent structure on the palate with good complexity. Fresh, characterful but not aggressive.
