Vinification: The Fiano grapes are harvested in the middle of October and fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in tanks for 4 months before release.
Tasting Notes: Intense straw-yellow in colour. Elegant on the nose with distinct floral and fruity notes like peach, apricot, ripe citrus fruit and nuts. Pleasant honey and tropical fruit finish. Typical, persistent and rich on the palate. Elegant with good structure. Well balanced.
