Babà is the most traditional Neapolitan dessert, the perfect treat for ending a family dinner or to celebrate special events such as birthdays or weddings. The mushroom shaped cake is obtained by the dough leavened for many hours.
Petrone’s Babà is infused with rum or Limoncello. You might expect these babàs to be excessively alcoholic but not so.
