The Militerni Fiano vines are located in Montefalcione 980m above sea level where the soil is predominantly clay. The grapes are hand picked during the first week of October and soft pressed. Fermentation is at a controlled temperature of 15ºC /18ºC.
Refinement takes place over several months with the wine on the lees in steel barrels.
Appearance: Straw-coloured with green reflections. Its elegant bouquet opens with fruity scents, of pears and green apples. In the mouth it is fresh and persistent.

Food pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, with oysters, raw seafood, crustaceans and fine cooking fish dishes.
