A delicious tapenade from Campania
Tapenade is a huge favourite in Italy. It’s always a hit at any social occasion and goes well on bruschetta or sliced ciabatta. It can be used as an appetizer, served with crackers, crusty bread or crudités. It can also be used as a condiment or to stuff fillets.
Fattoria Terranova chilli tapenade is not for the faint hearted! Great served with ciabatta bread, or used as a spicy pick me up in spaghetti puttanesca, or as a marinade in chicken, pork ribs or fish.
