Traditional Rum Babà
Babà is the most traditional Neapolitan dessert, the perfect treat for ending a family dinner or to celebrate special events such as birthdays or weddings.
Fattoria Terranova Babà is infused with rum (Babà Al Rum). You cannot walk through the ancient city of Naples without passing a pasticceria or two. You might expect these rum babàs to be excessively alcoholic but not so. They are soaked in a light, sugar rum syrup.
