At the end of the second world war, Pasquale Battista opened a small unit, in Cetara, a picturesque fishing village, south of Naples, preserving anchovies using an age old family recipe. At the end of the 1990’s Pasquale’s children took over the business, and started to equip the business with modern machinery, but never forgetting their heritage. All Delfino products are chemical and additive free. Processing is done by hand, as is the packaging.
Ingredients: Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sunflower oil, Oregano, Chilli Pepper, Garlic, Capers, White Wine Vinegar Wine. Acidity E330. Antioxidant E300. May contain sulphites.
