The Coda Di Volpe grape gets its name, which translates as “fox’s tail”, from the distinctive orange colour it develops when fully ripe. This fruit was hand-picked from southwest-facing, predominantly clay slopes 300 metres above sea level. The twenty-five year old vines are farmed organically.
