A classic Italian snack food, common all over Campania. Similar in texture to a breadstick or a pretzel, taralli can be sweet or savoury. As a snack, taralli are often served by themselves, but they also make a good accompaniment to a variety of wines. Sliced cheeses and dry salami are a good match with their flavour and texture.
