The Espresso Martini is a modern cocktail, invented in the 1980’s in London’s famous Soho Brasserie.
Serve in a Martini glass and garnish with 3 Kimbo coffee beans.
Ingredients
30mL of hot freshly made Kimbo Espresso
45mL Vodka
20mL Coffee Liqueur such as Kahlua
Shake all the ingredients with crushed ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
