Our standard delivery charge of £5.99 is applicable to most addresses on the UK mainland, regardless of however many items you order. Delivery is free when you spend over £100 – simply select the free shipping option at the checkout.

From the receipt of your order, we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 7 working days If we are not able to deliver your order, or if there will be a significant delay in delivering your order, we will attempt to contact you. Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Campania Food & Wine cannot deliver to addresses outside of the United Kingdom. We are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
Campania Food & Wine use Parcel Force to make all deliveries. They are practised in the shipment of wine, so we expect your products to arrive in good condition within 7 working days of your order being taken. We will provide tracking information, enabling you to track your parcel on the Parcel Force website. This link will be found in your shipment email and in your orders.
If you would like your goods to be sent to a more convenient address (for example, to your office), simply untick ‘ship to billing address’ at the checkout and enter your preferred delivery address.
If no-one is available to take delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card advising you of the first attempt to deliver. Delivery will be re-attempted to the same address the next day, unless you contact the delivery depot, as stated on the card, to make other arrangements. On failure to deliver a second time, another card will be left and you will be required to go to the delivery depot to collect the package. Failure to collect within 2 days of the second attempted delivery will see the parcel returned to us. A further delivery charge would then apply.

In certain exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather, we may be unable to fulfill your delivery in the anticipated timescale. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfill the delivery. If this occurs, we will make our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can, or you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund.
We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. If this is required please place separate orders for each address. Each order will be subject to a separate delivery charge.
In the event we have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value, we will make efforts to contact you in order to gain your agreement. If our attempts to contact you fail and if you are not satisfied with any substitutions you receive, we will arrange collection at our cost.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 21 days of your order date.
This policy does not alter your statutory rights.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, UK address including post code, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

If your cancellation is received before your order has been sent, we will issue you with a full refund. If your order has been sent already, you will need to return the entire order at your cost. You will be provided with return instructions when you contact us.
Goods returned must be in their original condition and will be inspected on arrival. Should we dispatch but not receive a cancelled order back, we reserve the right to have it collected at your cost.

Except in cases of faulty goods, the initial postage and packaging charge, as well as any return postage cost incurred is non-refundable unless informed otherwise. Goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that you package them well to prevent any damage in shipping. In all cases, except where an item is faulty, goods returned must be in their original condition and will be inspected on arrival.
Please obtain a receipt for your return package at the Post Office counter, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they not arrive back to us. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that we fail to receive, or for those that get damaged when shipped to us.
In the rare instance that incorrect items were sent to you that do not conform to your original order, we will refund your initial delivery charge and return postage. Please return the items to us using a recorded or tracked delivery service, or by standard Royal Mail (retaining your proof of postage).
